Actually, this isn't a totally stupid idea. After all, toold for 
i18n of *programs* have existed for decades. Why shouldn't it be 
sensible to to the same thing for programmings languages. The 
first step would be writing a simple search and replace thingy 
working just with the keywords of Python, but we could also define 
i18n tools for function names...
