Dear Morten,

I spoke with the maintainers of the IETF Calsch mailing list
at the last IETF Conference. 
They said there was somebody on the mailing list implementing
a python module.  You should definitely post your querry on 
their list.

I couldn't find the reference butfeel free to dig around on
the pages at http://www.imc.org/ietf-calendar/
