compile-error DCOracle on win32

 Hello all,
I try to build the DCOracle extensions  for Oracle 8.1.5
on Win NT 4 ( SP3) with Visual Studio 97.

After some tweaking of a setup.in I come to a makefile but when I try
to compile I get the folllowing result (unfortunately in german)
>nmake -f oci_.mak

Keine Konfiguration angegeben. oci_ - Win32 Release wird als Standard
verwendet.
        cl.exe @C:\TEMP\nma00179.
oci_.c
Buffer.h(79) : error C2491: 'PyImport_Import' : Definition von Funktion
fuer dllimport nicht erlaubt
oci_.c(1471) : warning C4018: '<' : Konflikt zwischen signed und
unsigned
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl.exe' : Rueckgabe-Code '0x2'
Stop.

If understand correctly, C 2491 means : definition of dllimport data not
allowed.

Has anyone some hints ?
