Open source is nice for the kind of stuff that you and
occasionally I like to hack around in glyph, and it would be
great to get a project with a low budget off the ground quickly
(hint, hint). However, have you ever had to manage an IT budget
(no, not 20k or even 50k, how about >20 mil). Trust me, the
support is there and it's worth it. I'll never forget the time
we got the guy from NetDynamics ($300/hr) who came in and
totally infused our code. It was enlightening...
