Well Cold Fusion is not a web server, it is an application server.
It will only deal with CFML pages.  It is provided with an ISAPI
module which means that you will be able to use it with your
current web server (IIS).  I am not sure what you mean by IBM
Web Server 1.0 so I cannot comment.

Generally I am not sure why you want to move if your application
works OK now.  If you are going the CF route, you will have to
rewrite everything or you are wasting your money.

BTW pls fix your newsreader so that it doesn't add an html copy
of your message to the bottom of your posts.
