Python -> EXE?

I tried to use the Standalone.py from this distribution, but I got an
error.

 found OLEAUT32.dll
 found python15.dll
 added filter <TypeFilter {'d': 1}>

I have pywintypes15.dll. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
