Sucking e-mail from Exchange Server vis HTTP?

I used to use fetchmail until the BOFH shut off both POP and IMAP.
(Trust me, you _dont't_ want to hear about it.)  Now I'm experimenting
with HTTP on my Unix box and MAPI on the Windows box.  I could live
with a daemon running on a Windows box that sucks mail from my inbox
via MAPI and then shoves it into my SMTP server.
