Bug in win32all-128 with multiprocessor NT

Couldn't get this line to work after two minutes of trying.
 pid = win32pdhutil.FindPerformanceAttributesByName("pname")

So I plugged in a pid and yes it worked but caused the exception you
mentioned.
I'm running Win2K also.
