Best guess is that it "means" the same thing as the kHP2pr9I in the Subject
line:  random gibberish generated by the bulk-mailer program, to prevent
simple anti-spam schemes from recognizing that a million copies of the same
msg are being sent.  If someone writes a cleverer bulk mailer program in
Python, that will perhaps spur the Perl community to oneupmanship, and then
we can blame Perl for unstoppable spam <wink>.
