Apache: new release and nice change

Since this is a python newsgroup, there is a good chance you are using
PyApacheon your webserver. Does upgrading to Apache 1.3.9 break
PyApache? I don't think a new, Apache 1.3.9 version has been released,
although that might not be necessary.
