Mingw32 modules (was: "win32: cygwin modules")

Hi Robert,

Thanks, I found your page via dejanews ten minutes after I posted (why
oh why does dejanews default to only searching "recent" messages?).
I'm giving it a try.

I'd agree that this is an important piece of information - one of the
attractions of python is that its free, so it seems kind of cruel to
require one to buy expensive C compilers on Win32 machines in order to
get extensions to work.
