win32: cygwin modules?

Stop!  Go back.  It's too late for me!  Save yourself.

I used to write reams of obfuscated C code, daring anyone 
to decipher it.

Nowadays I'm lucky to get by with more than a few 
dozen lines of Python code, in a nicely readable format 
that anyone -- shudder, even non-programmers -- can 
understand.  Lately <gasp> I've even taken to writing 
docstrings.  The contagion is insidious.
