AIFC uncompression (where's module CL?)

I'm trying to use the aifc module to read a compressed AIFF-C file. The
documentation for the library states:

"Caveat: Some operations may only work under IRIX; these will raise
ImportError when attempting to import the cl module, which is only
available on IRIX."

Anyone know where I can find the CL module?
