Troubles installing PythonCE

I just got a HandHeld PC and I am trying to install PythonCE on it.

When I double click python.exe, I get the following error message:

"Can't find Python (or one of its components.) Make sure that the path and
filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available."

Here is what I checked and did.

1. My handheld is WindowsCE version 2.0., and it is an SH3 processor.

2. I downloaded PythonCE-1_0b1-SH3.zip.

3. I unzipped on my PC to c:\temp\wincePython

4. I copied the Python directory to my handheld PC, namely, \Program
Files\PYTHON.

5. All of the files are in \Program Files\PYTHON.

6. Python.exe and python15.dll are both there.

7. The mfg and model name of the unit I have is Phenom Handheld Express.

When I double click python.exe, I get the following error message:

"Can't find Python (or one of its components.) Make sure that the path and
filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available."

Any help would be appreciated.
