Basically, Zope is an architecture for creating web-based applications
through Python code. Think of it as a competitor for Cold Fusion,
though it's capable of much more. To see Zope in action, take a look at
http://www.searchbutton.com/ ; except for the actual search component,
almost everything is in Zope. Do note that overall we're currently
using a rather limited subset of Zope, partly due to having started with
one of the predecessor pieces (Bobo).
