[Python-Dev] The fate of 3.0.*

Don't rely on me getting importlib bootstrapped in by 3.1. It would be great
if I pull it off, but I am afraid that is being optimistic. The library
itself should definitely be done, though.

Focusing on 3.1 should be ok.
So what are the expected efforts for 3.1?
- io-in-C
- import-in-Python
- ... anything else?
