[Python-Dev] Who is the author of lib-tk/Tkdnd.py?

I've some ideas (already implemented <0.5 wink>) for
generic Drag'n'Drop in Python/Tkinter applications.  
Before bothering the list here I would like to discuss this with 
the original author of Tkdnd.py.
