Could you clarify what you find limiting with Travis & AppVeyor? I ask
because I'm particularly pleased on how we have AppVeyor + Travis +
ReadTheDocs + Coveralls for pytest. This is an infrastructure which is free
for open-source and is continually being improved.
Given the funding volumes and used amounts,
