Thanks for you answer. I could solve this problem with a rewrite rule on the
server side.
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^hostname\.my\.domain\.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^/(.*) http://hostname.my.domain.com/$1
This working like a charm :)
