I found out myself.

Just add this to the config:
cookie_path = '/' . You have to logout first to set new cookies. To
check it out:

1. log out
2. log in
3. restart browser
4. go to wiki with root path wiki.yourwiki.org

result:

should automatically log in if you did not configure to not autologin.
