[Moin-devel] Oops, forgot to saw new rst parser has been submitted as a patch

Forgot to mention that I've submitted the new parser as a patch on the 
moinmoin sourceforge page. This is my first time doing this so forgive 
me if I've done something incorrectly. Thanks _matt
