[Microbit-Python] Authors' list in modthis.cpp

Regarding greyscale, I have opened an issue here
https://github.com/lancaster-university/microbit-dal/issues/14 to
discuss it.

To make things easier I think it would be good to have greyscale mode
enabled by default (and actually no way to go to black and white,
greyscale is more powerful).
