One way that is close is to create list1 at example.org, and a mailbox 
list2 at example.org, then you have mailbox list2 forward all email to 
list1. Define in the configuration that list1 will consider the address 
list2 at example.org as an email addressed to it (Privacy Options / 
Recipient filters / Alias Names )

list2 won't be a list in the sense of having a subscription page or its 
own archives, etc.
