[Mailman-Users] footer format

[Kim, DongInn]

Mark, there is another thing that I need to mention.

This footer used to work fine with 2.1.15 (i.e., it was fine with the digital signature email) but it seems to have a problem with 2.1.23.
Maybe I did anything stupid? :-(
