You mean what? She is being sent password reminders that bounce or just
what do you mean by "getting bounce notices at the end of the month".
Are thes notices bounce of mail sent to her that you receive or is she
receiving a bounce of something she's sending or a bounce as a list
owner/moderator?

Do you have a copy of one of these messages. If so, the headers and or
body should reveal where it comes from and where it is sent.

If she's getting mail from Mailman, an address that delivers to her is
an owner or moderator or member of some list. Mailman's bin/find_members
will find all members of all lists matching a provided regexp.
'bin/list_owners -wm' will list all owners and moderators by list.
