When on April 6 I enabled Wrap Message on my lists I started to get
these kinds of complaints. Some who had this experience were OK with
adapting to it, but others didn't want it so after a day or so with Wrap
Message, I went to Munge From. Now I see occasional misdirected replies
from users whose MUAs apparently don't always handle the Reply-To: correctly

In fact, my own Apple Mail 4.2 on OS X 10.6 is randomly broken. I don't
use this MUA regularly, but I have it on one machine, and when I look at
messages from my lists, it will sometimes display the Reply-To: header
and 'reply' will be addressed to the addresses therein. Other times, it
will not display the Reply-To: header and 'reply' will be addressed to
the address in the From: header, yet if I examine the raw headers, the
Reply-To: is there and I have so far not been able to determine what the
difference is that makes it fail to 'see' the header sometimes.

Bottom line - all these mitigations have issues for reading, replying or
both.
