This is bug <https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/266408> and was
fixed in Mailman 2.1.15. If you can't upgrade, the fix is at
<http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mailman-coders/mailman/2.1/revision/1291>.
