There are several ways to do this, with different advantages and
disadvantages.  None of them are Mailman questions, though.

You need to specify what is happening to the rest of various services
to get good advice.  Is *all* mail received by oldserver moving to
newserver?  Will oldserver be providing any services other than the
webserver?  Especially mail, but not limited to mail.
