Not as far as Mailman is concerned, but list names are also filenames
in the file system which your OS may limit, and listname-unsubscribe
is the local part of an email address and your MTA may limit that.

Again, Mailman puts no limit on the length of a user's real_name
(display name) nor the length of an email address.
