If you have command line access, see the withlist script at
<http://www.msapiro.net/scripts/list_mod.py>.

If you don't, see the script at
<http://www.msapiro.net/scripts/mailman-subscribers.py> which can
output a .csv file by screen scraping the web admin Membership List.
You can then import the .csv into a spread sheet and search the "mod"
column.
