[Mailman-Users] Searching user list for mod bit

Is there a way to search the entire user list for moderation bit.

What I would like to do is search the list of users of my mailman lists to see who 'does not' have the moderation bit set.

Had a situation the other day where a user replied to one of my lists and it went through because the person that added them unchecked the mod....
