To elaborate a bit, if the list is personalized, you can currently add
a footer to every individual list post (not digest) that includes the
recipients email address. The only issue with HTML, is that if the
message is not a simple text/plain message, the footer will be added
as a separate MIME part (attachment) instead of being added to the
plain text body.
