These indicate the messages were successfully piped to the wrapper via
|/usr/local/mailman/mail/mailman post it_fin_team
and probably, but not certainly, queued in Mailman's 'in' queue.
If there are no entries in Mailman's 'error', 'vette', 'post', 'smtp'
and 'smtp-failure' logs, then maybe IncomingRunner isn't running.

It looks like steps 2 and 3 are OK from the above, but what about 5b,
6, 7 and 8?
