I would be surprised if anyone on the mailman-users list knows how to
interface Google Apps to Mailman. I don't know if it is even possible.

You have to set up your web server on the Mailman machine as described
in the Installation Manual. See
<http://www.list.org/mailman-install/node10.html>.

You do not have to create any web pages. If you set a proper
ScriptAlias in httpd.conf, Mailman URLs will invoke the appropriate
Mailman CGI scripts.
