Once you have DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST and DEFAULT_URL_HOST set correctly in
mm_cfg.py and you have cleared the VIRTUAL_HOSTS dictionary and added
the correct add_virtualhost() directive(s), you should be able to
create new lists and run fix_url to fix the list with the numeric IP
host names.
