Dunno.  Could be, but then that's an Exim-specific question, and you 
are much more likely to be able to get a useful answer if you were to 
ask that on a mailing list devoted to supporting Exim.  Of course 
before posting that question to their list, you should first check 
their FAQs, documentation, list archives, etc....
