Problem is, the OP is using a hosted service, and doesn't have
command-line access to the server. Moreover, the hosting provider is
not being responsive, so pretty much the rest of your post is not
likely to be useful to the OP.
Now, if the OP could get the hosting provider to be responsive, they
could give them a copy of your message and that (plus the other
information) should be enough to allow them to solve the problem.
