[Mailman-Users] Email Features in Mailman

Hi, could I ask for a wee bit support please.?

 

Have read the FAQ's etc and understand how to add a user by emailing
LISTNAME_join at DOMAIN which in our case is franchisees_join at naughtyvend.com
however the sender is not added to the list. We do have a catch all which I
switched off but that didn't help.

 

Any suggestions appreciated and thank you!
