[Mailman-Users] lists/create screen

I set

VIRTUAL_HOST_OVERVIEW = Off

and that seems to have resolved the problem I outlined below.

I know nothing about Python at the moment, so hacking the *.py files for customized functionality (by me) is probably not happening anytime soon, not without a mess ;-)
