[Mailman-Users] How to generate user list?

I have my mailing list setup in announce-only mode and have had trouble 
pulling a list of all of the users. Via the FAQ, I've sent out requests 
to the mailman-request address and only received this back:

The results of your email command are provided below. Attached is your
original message.

- Results:
     Usage:

     who
         See everyone who is on this mailing list.


- Done."


I've had the same results when I've changed the privacy options for who 
can view the list.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I didn't 
expect it to be this hard to generate a roster list! Thanks.
