Check your default settings in Mailman/Defaults.py. 'localhost' is not 
suitable for DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST nor DEFAULT_URL_HOST. You must give 
options explicitly in the configure command or fix them later in 
Mailman/mm_cfg.py.
