	We don't use version numbers with dashes in them, so this means
that you're using a package version from your OS vendor, or someone
who prepared a package version for your OS. Please see
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq01.022.htp>
and
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq01.023.htp>.

	Sounds like your apache web server is not set up correctly. See
section 5 of the Mailman Site Administrator manual at
<http://www.list.org/mailman-install/node10.html>.
