[Mailman-Users] Lists are missing

Ok the archives and members are now there! When I look at the web interface. 
  However now the messages dont go through and when I click on the message 
in the archives (web interface) I get:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access 
/pipermail/leveebreak/2005-January/thread.html on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Is this a permissions problem?
