	Postfix doesn't do that sort of thing.  Moreover, if postfix did 
do that sort of thing, then you should be asking that question on a 
postfix-related mailing list and not mailman-users.

	Postfix is an excellent MTA to use for mailing lists, but if 
you're using a residential line with usage caps (such as limits on 
how many messages you can send per hour or per day) for a function 
like this, you are likely to find yourself seriously disappointed in 
the service at some point in time in the future -- perhaps in the 
distant future, perhaps not-so-distant.
