[Mailman-Users] setting NOMAIL in bulk

How can I set NOMAIL in bulk? I have a list of address/list pairs
and want to configure them as NOMAIL. I guess this must be possible
with withlist or the like, but I just can't figure it out.

Would you give me a hint?
