The archiver puts a <PRE>, </PRE> tag pair around the text from the
original post. If the Original Poster's MUA (mail client) doesn't wrap
it, there's not much you can do.

Explain to the list members that they're doing this to themselves and
they should set their mail clients to wrap outgoing text at some
reasonable width like 72 characters. Even Micro$oft clients can do
this.
