Since you are using cpanel, you should also read article 6.11.

Read FAQ article 4.48. The template you want is verify.txt.

This is a per-user setting with a per-list default. The setting on the
user's options page is "Get MIME or Plain Text Digests?"

The user's settings on the admin Membership Management... page(s) is
"plain" between "digest" and "language".

The list default is mime_is_default_digest on the Digest options page.
