[Mailman-Users] MailMan Start/Restart & qrunner

I just upgraded to FC2 and hoped to finally get mailman running. Some scripts were off so i downlaoded it from list.org 2.1.5 and it seems to be working except im not sure if it is running or not. This is the following readout:

[root at lifeonedge root]# service mailman stop
PID unreadable in: /var/mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid'
Is qrunner even running?
[root at lifeonedge root]# service mailman start
Site list is missing: mailman
[root at lifeonedge root]# service mailman start
Site list is missing: mailman
[root at lifeonedge root]# service mailman restart
PID unreadable in: /var/mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid'
Is qrunner even running?

Now qrunner seems to me like a CRON job or some sort. I may be wrong but im not sure what i need to do from here.
