[Mailman-Users] personalization - take 2

I´ve been trying to fix this for several weeks.
No luck with this. Giving up. Anyway thanks for all inputs.

Is the personalization option turned on for this list?  If it is not,
then you will get an error like this when you try to add personalized
variables to the footer.  It can be set to either Yes or Full two
blocks above the footer option block on the non-digest options page.
