[Mailman-Users] Administrator - always able to post?

Allan,

Whether you are a list owner or a list moderator, that has nothing to do 
with you being able to post to the list.

In fact, on some lists I have, moderators don't have permission to post 
to the list directly and have to approve their own posts.
